- Little Hotch Moment: 7.24 Run
This last cut strikes me. The way this whole season end with the shot of all the teammates and their families (I mean BAU families at large view) dancing and Hotch looking round those who he cares the most with genuine smile on his face. Like he embraces this gentle happiness of atmosphere. Thinking now that finally they find some peace with themselves for a long time. Yes, Prentiss will leave but she is not running away. They don’t have to pretend she is dead this time. She is not running away with herself any more. She finally has courage to face herself and starts a new life of hers. I can’t say accurately but I can feel the whole mess the team got, started from season 5, finally settled in some way. The way it comes here is not nearly perfect (from storytelling point of view) and there is still more to go but I can feel their moment of peace here. And I can embrace it with Hotch.

I said thousand times, but I love them so much. I love Beth and Hotch’s playfulness. I love Beth’s joyful and carefree laugh. I love the fact they already look like a cute little family. I mean, this is exactly what Haley wanted for them, right? Beth brings so much joy and brightness into Hotchners.
